Be Your Lover Forever (Alicia)

Not knowing how long she had been standing there, when Alicia returned to her senses, she felt her mind going blank. Only a few lights shone in front of her.

The shops were all closed and her body was so cold as if she had lost consciousness. Turning around, she returned to the car as she rubbed on the goosebumps on her arm and started the car in a daze. The surroundings were quiet and even without looking at the time, Alicia knew it was already late.

After driving the car for two rounds, she didn't know where she could go. Feeling confused, she didn't dare to go to a hotel recklessly and drove the car back to Landrum Garden.

After getting out of the car, she realized that she had forgotten to take her purse. She turned around and went back for it. "Sure enough, it was the right choice to go home! If I were to stay in a hotel, I would have probably forgotten to lock the door!" she thought to herself.

If she was taken advantage of by someone, her life would be ruined completely! As she held her purse, she remembered the prize doll in the back seat of the car again. When she carried it out, she couldn't help but laugh at herself mockingly.

"Home? Huh, what kind of his this?" In the past, she would've been able to take it as a short relationship where both of them took what they needed. However, she couldn't even calm herself down with that reasoning anymore. She was just sad and she couldn't take it anymore.

When Frederick heard the sound of the engine, he was extremely delighted. He had never felt so elated before. He rushed out as if he was running a 100-meter sprint.

Alicia closed the door and as soon as she turned around, she fell into a warm and powerful embrace.

Holding her tightly, Frederick felt extremely happy. Earlier on, he had really thought more than once that she might not cback and that he was about to lose her. In an instant, he wished to have her eternally. "Where have you been? Why didn't you answer the phone? Do you know how worried I was about you?" Alicia stood there in a daze, the corner of her lips twitching.

"Ally?" Frederick sensed that there was something strange and let go of her slowly. He realized that her expression was indifferent and that her body was cold. He took off his suit jacket and wrapped it around her whole body. Alicia pushed him away all of a sudden and then flung the suit onto the ground.

"When are you going to stop acting in front of me? Look clearly! I'm Alicia! Alicia Blanchard! Not the Jasmine you are thinking about! I don't want to fight with you! I don't care what you have in your mind. Whatever it is, I don't want to hear about it. I don't want to know anything! Frederick, divorce! No matter how poor I am and even if nobody wantsfor a lifetime, I will not be someone's playtoy, let alone be someone else's substitute!" Alicia cried angrily and even smashed her doll onto the ground. She yelled, "You are a liar! A big liar full of lies! I don't want to see you again!" Picking up the doll on the ground, she stepped on his suit and ran into the house.

After living in this house for more than half a year, she should have been familiar with every corner here. But at this moment, she only felt that everything in this house was an eyesore.

Almost all of her clothes had been cut up by Frederick previously. She pulled out the suitcase and stuffed the only two pieces left in. After that, she went to hug her doll. Except for the notebook and sbooks, the doll she caught was her only possession! Everything here, even the air, made her annoyingly eager to escape at this moment.

Chasing after Alicia, Frederick saw her packing berthings in a frenzy.

He closed the door and snatched the doll from her hand. 'Alicia, don't do this! I didn't lie to you! I didn't take you as a substitute! Don't be angry!" Turning around, Alicia was enraged and she grabbed a pillow to throw at him.

"Why are you still keeping this up? You're lying toagain! Do you think that I am a fool who will be fooled by you? Why are there so many jasmine flowers here? You toldthat you like them! You toldthat it didn't have any meaning! Why didn't you letsleep on the bed and why do you dislike the scent on my body? You toldthat you have mysophobia! Isn't all of this because of Danica? Everything here is clearly what she likes, they're prepared for her! Except for her, is there any woman whom you don't hate and wouldn't suffer from mysophobia for?" Tugging at her clothes, she was still furious.

"And this, you said you picked it forand bought it for me! Sure, keep lying to me! Frederick, you are too much! Have you slept with her in this bed too? Is this sofa also what she likes? And the fragrance of jasmine in the room, can you only holdby smelling this? There's nothing else in the office but jasmines. You toldagain that they didn't hold any meaning! Frederick, you letsleep in your house, wear clothes that she likes, and eat at the restaurant where you wanted to propose to her... For everything you did, are you trying to reminisce about the past because I look like Danica? Did you ever do it because of me?" Alicia roared as she threw anything she could grab hold of onto the ground.

"Do you really think that I'm a fool and will believe in you after you coax me? I chose to believe in you because you are my husband, you are my firsth man, and my only man! I loved you! I like you! I wanted this to be my last relationship! I thought that you had treatedwell, therefore I wanted to live a good life with you! I don't want to care about the past and even when others had repeatedly mistakenas Danica I didn't give up!" Alicia was anxious and her voice raised again.

"But, why did you lie to me? When I cback here, you will treatwith affection. But when I'm out of your sight, do you still have close contact with her? The dreamy place that you gaveis all hers! If we didn't bump into each other, maybe I would've still been clueless. What am I even here for? To be a joke? Is there anything here that belongs to me? When you chand see me, do you think about me? Why do I have to find out about this? Why did you have to shatter my dreams? Whenever I think about how I've been living in someone else's shadow stupidly, I feel so disgusted!" Alicia knelt down with tears in her eyes.

"I've treated you sincerely, I'm not after anything you own... I just need one sentence from you and I will no longer pester you. Why did you have to play with my feelings, lie to me, and hurt me? If you care about her that much, why won't you letgo? Why do you have to treatlike this? Why did you givehope if you don't like me? Why did you have to throwto the depths of hell when you've takento heaven? Why did you have to meet her behind my back? I hate you so much, I hate this place, I hate everything! I'm not going to be a replacement, a shield, and I won't marry you just because of someone else! I don't want anything that doesn't belong to me, I don't—" Alicia vented and collapsed weakly to the ground, tears streaming down her face endlessly.

Frederick never would've thought that she would have so many weird thoughts about this. Where did she get the idea from? After being shocked, he then slowly cback to his senses and squated down.
