This is the current top-most aim of Legion. It is because a suprlaw is still far away from them. Unlike a law matrix, where they just had to make sure that it didn't collapse on itself and could withstand a lot of abuse, a suprlaw has to be able to go toe to toe with the law of order and not be destroyed by the resistance of the void universe.

That's just the minimum requirement for it to be capable of creating a world. Of course, Legion is not just aiming to meet the minimum requirement for their suprlaw. If they didn't want to create something spectacular, they wouldn't have bothered to create concepts with multiple laws.

They knew before the conversation with Mother High Heaven that SuprLaws can grow, but the growth is not limitless. A concept made of one law will be very powerful as a suprlaw but will be stunted in potential and will be inflexible as opposed to suprlaws created from concepts with many laws.

It is common knowledge that the more laws a concept has, the better. This will enable it to grow faster and have more flexibility as a suprlaw.

That's just the preparation for growth potential. There is still the potential for power that must be addressed if they are to make a very powerful SuprLaw.

Suprlaws can overwrite everything, apart from other suprlaws, as long as they have enough power of Will. That means the power of Will is just as important as the power of the SuprLaw. And the power of Will can only be gotten from a world.

That's why Legion doesn't plan to waste their powerful Suprlaws by using them with a single world. They intend to combine the might of many worlds with the might of a suprlaw that is at least on par with the suprlaw of order.

Suprlaws are not equal in power and potential. But there is also the difference in properties and aspects of SuprLaws. Normal world gods are content with making Suprlaws that have four aspects. It is not because they are lazy. They just can't overcthe hurdle in the way of making a SuprLaw with five aspects, like the law of order.

Legion is not like them. They are greedy and also have the means to create a SuprLaw with five aspects, thanks to Soverick's eyes. They can see the Aspect of information, so they can manage five aspects. But they are not content with that, so they intend to add the aspect of dimensions and entropy.

Suprlaws without those aspects can simulate them, but they won't be good at them or powerful compared to a SuprLaw that specializes in them. Another difference is that while SuprLaws can simulate any aspect they need as long as their weirder is knowledgeable in those aspects, the Suprlaws can only simulate one aspect at a time. After all, a Suprlaw can only create and operate one false law at a time.

This means that SuprLaws without the aspect of dimension and entropy can simulate omnipresence with their Will, but they can still be trapped in a cage made of the difference in the coefficient of tand space. Legion doesn't want to be trapped the way they trapped CARNAGE and the SuprLaw of the First Sage, so they will make sure that they can easily utilize their SuprLaw across differences in dimensions and through the flow of tbrought about by entropy.

The preparation for potential, power, and seven aspects means that the SuprLaws that they plan to make are going to be very difficult. It is not an undertaking that can be taken lightly or achieved in a short period of time.

So their great plan for the future about suprlaws and worlds is for the future. For now, the world engine and the world fragment are the focus of their attention. This is the best use of their tbecause it is easier to achieve and because the world fragment won't go to waste.

Soverick plans to upgrade it with their SuprLaws in the future, and they may be able to upgrade it into a Universal artifact.
