Girl Get Ride 105
Chapter 105
Joshua hustled after her, only to be stopped by a man who seemed to appear out of thin air. The guy ran smack
into Joshua, drenching him in red wine.
Joshua was too focused to care about the mess. His expression remained tense as he tried to press on. But the
man didn't budge, apologizing non-stop, “I'm so sorry, Mr. Fisher! | didn't mean to. How about I take your clothes
to the dry cleaners for you?"
“It's fine,” Joshua muttered, sidestepping to get around him. But the man copied his move, blocking him again.
"Mr. Fisher, | hope you are not upset. I'm really sorry."

Frustrated, Joshua snapped, “Get out of my way!”
The man sheepishly rubbed his nose and stepped aside. Joshua rushed to the elevator, watching the numbers
climb rapidly, his heart sinking.
The elevator had already hit the ninth floor. Even if he took the next one, he'd be too late. Suddenly, he glanced
back to where the man had been. He was gone. Joshua's face hardened. That guy had done it on purpose!
Meanwhile, tucked away in an unnoticed corner outside the estate, a nondescript black Audi sat idling. The man
who'd collided with Joshua slipped into the driver's seat. “Ms. Lillian, it's all sorted."
Lillian, lounging in the back seat with her eyes closed, nodded. "Let's get moving."
The man checked the rearview mirror, eyeing Lillian. "Aren't we waiting for Ms. Sue?"
Lillian sneered, “If we wait for that idiot, none of us are getting out of here today."
Allison burst out of the elevator and made a beeline for the rooftop. She pushed open the heavy iron door and
immediately spotted Lizzy.
Lizzy was tied to a chair, right on the edge of the rooftop railing. Her mouth was taped shut, and her hands and
feet were bound. Next to her, a masked figure held a knife to Lizzy's throat.
Unable to make a sound, Lizzy's tears rolled down her cheeks, as she stared at Allison with pleading eyes. Seeing
her sister in such a state shattered Allison's heart.
She was just an innocent kid. That morning, Lizzy had been playfully begging for attention-how had she ended
up in such danger in just a few hours?
Steadying herself, Allison addressed the captor, “Let my sister go. I'll do whatever you want."

“Chere and trade places with her," said the masked person, their voice now unmistakably female.
“Alright.” Allison didn't let the shock slow her down and agreed instantly. She began walking toward them. When
she was just a few steps away....
"Allison! Don't go!" Joshua's voice rang out from behind.
Allison paused and turned around. Joshua reached her in a few strides, pulling her into his arms, his voice shaky
with fear. “Don't go. It's dangerous.”
Sue watched the scene unfold, tears streaming down her face. Her heart felt as if it were being torn apart. She
let out a bitter laugh, and her eyes were filled with pain. “I'm so jealous.”
“Joshua, you don't care if | live or die, but you're all about her." Sue pulled off her mask, laughing through her
tears. Her laughter was growing wild, “Hahaha, fine! Just great!”
"Why? Why does she get your love?" Sue's eyes turned fierce as she lunged at Allison, knife in hand, ready to
strike. They were only a few steps apart, and with Allison's back to Sue, she didn't see it coming.
