Chapter 205 Do You Want to Say Sorry?

After Samara drank the soup, she picked up her knife and fork and started eating, totally ignoring

Chaim and Gloria.

Samara did not bother to look at the two. Perhaps she felt that they were annoying and would spoil her

appetite.

Chaim narrowed his eyes and turned to look at Gloria beside him. “Let’s eat.”

Chaim would rather silently admit it than let Samara know that he was recalling their three–year

marriage.

It was not a good thing, because it meant that Chaim was reluctant to let go of their past.

Chaim did not think that he loved Samara, but he recalled the few interactions and moments between

them in the past.

Chaim did not speak. Samara snorted and glanced at Gloria. “Ms. Humphrey, are you full?”

Gloria did not eat anything. She was already full when she saw Samara.

However, Gloria came to apologize to Samara today. Gloria knew what she should do, so she did not

dare to say anything more. She just nodded. “Yes.”

Samara smiled and looked at Chaim again. “You should also be full, right?”

Samara paused. Before Chaim could speak, she continued, “Now you can tell me why you came

today.”

That night, Chaim read the comments that Samara was “the other woman” for more than two hours and

had a sleepless night.

Those comments and what Gisselle accidentally said repeated in Chaim’s mind. For the first time, he

felt that his family, especially him, treated Samara badly.

Samara looked at Chaim and faintly responded, “Do you want to say sorry?”
