Chapter 281 Do You See It?
When Samara returned to the car again, Hannah had gone. Only she and Roland were left in the car.
What Hannah said in the hotel just now made Samara feel somewhat at a loss. All along, she thought
that Roland only liked her.
Perhaps it was because Samara was good–looking, or perhaps it was because her personality was
different from his ex- girlfriends. Roland kept on chasing her and never let her go.
Samara even felt that because she was Chaim’s ex–wife, Roland chased her for more than half a year
without giving up.
After all, it was a well–known fact that Roland and Chaim were sworn enemies.
Samara once saw how they turned against each other like enemies personally. They were at odds, and
it was not just a rumor.
Samara thought about many reasons for Roland’s pursuit, but she didn’t expect that Roland would love

From what Hannah said, Samara could tell that Roland had liked her for at least four years.
However, after a long time, Samara still could not think of any contact with Roland in the past.
She met Roland at some public events and then got to know each other over time.
But obviously, Roland did not seem to know her like this.
Samara did not notice some things before. But now, she did and found those things were
understandable.
Roland knew that when Samara was in a bad mood, she would go to the arcade and knew that she did
not like to go to the hospital when she was sick.
So that night, when Samara was in a bad mood, he took her to the arcade and forcefully brought her to
the hospital when she had a high fever.
When Samara and Roland were dating, she never saw any food that she hated.
Samara had never thought about this carefully. She thought that it was the experience that Roland
gained from his ex- girlfriends. He was just considerate.
But Hannah said that Roland didn’t have any girlfriends ever. Roland had someone in his heart.
Obviously, that person was Samara.
Samara was twenty–seven years old. This was the first time she was so surprised and moved.
Even when Chaim told Samara that he wanted to marry her, Samara was not so moved.
Samara didn’t know when the car started, nor did she know when it reached her apartment building.
When Samara came back to her senses, Roland had parked the car under her apartment building. He
unfastened his seat belt and remained in the driver’s seat, looking at her with a smile. “Are you
scared?”
Samara snapped out of her thoughts and tilted her head to look at Roland. “I’m not,” she said.
She was just shocked.
Samara was in a state of shock greater than when Chaim told her that he loved her.
Samara always thought that Roland just liked her a bit, but everything had been overturned today.

impression of me.”
Hearing her response, Roland clicked his tongue. He lowered his head and moved closer to Samara.
“Look at my eyes.”
When Roland suddenly leaned closer, Samara was stunned. She subconsciously listened to him and
looked into his eyes.
Roland had a pair of good–looking eyes. His eyes were deep–set and dark, and the ends of his eyes
were slightly curved. When he looked at others, his eyes were full of affection. Roland was so close to
Samara that she could see that there was a faint blush around his eyes. It seemed to be tempting.
Samara’s heart suddenly pounded, and she subconsciously averted her gaze.
“Did you see it?”
“What?”
“What is in my eyes?”
Hearing this, Samara looked up again.
At a glance, Samara could clearly see the face reflected in Roland’s black pupils.
It was her.
