The Arcburn villa district inside Las Vegas faced the sea, while mountains filled the background. The

Victoria Harbor could be seen all the way from here. It was truly a district for the wealthy.

Luxurious villas filled the area, with any single one costing over ten million dollars. Ordinary people had

partnered with the King of Gambling’s fourth son.”

That said, Mandy was still the head of the ninth branch in the Jean family.

Harvey suddenly recalled another thing. Before he left for Las Vegas, he took five billion yen worth of
