"My heart is still beating rather quickly, though," he grumbled.

Vania cast a puzzled glance at him. "It can't be beating so quickly for no reason, right?"

Hanson pulled her into his arms and made sure their faces hovered within an inch of one another before spelling

out slowly, "It's because I'm old and can't take such thrilling activities anymore."
