Fred announced as he held his cane, “You wanted to see me?”

The doctors saw him and stepped back to make way for him. Then Lily glanced at him and placidly lay back down while adjusting

“Of course | do.” Lily gazed at her children gently, then stared coldly at Fred. “Still, it’s a different story if you driveup the wall!

“Besides, you can still hurt them even if | stay alive, right?” she snorted and continued, “I'm not that naive, and | know you don’t

“If you don’t know what to do, why don’t you ask your boss? Perhaps he can make the right decision,” she said mockingly, trying to

provoke Fred.

What she said upset Fred, and he glared fiercely at Lily, saying, “Do you think you can threaten us now? Do you think it has to be

you? You know there's nothing our organization can’t accomplish, and it’s not a challenge to get someone else to replace you!”
