When Lucas stepped into the living room, his gaze landed on the two figures seated on the sofa—a distinguished

elderly man and a young woman. He arched an eyebrow slightly. “Mr. Happer,” he greeted the man smoothly.

This man was Galen Happer, the current head of the Happer family, which ranked third among the four major
