“Kylee! Explain yourself; why did you throw away the patient's medical records?”

Kylee bit her lip, her hands twisting in her lap.

“I didn’t do it on purpose,” she stammered.

“I was just helping my mentor clean up his office. His desk was a mess, with piles of papers everywhere... So |

just... I swear, | didn’t mean to! | didn’t even check what was on the pages. | only saw my mentor’s handwriting

all over them, so | assumed they were just discarded drafts...”
