Chapter 17 Chapter 17 "I told you to leave. Why are you still here?" Summer crossed her arms on her chest as she walked over to the living room and stood in front of Hunter who was already on his feet.

"I'm not someone who would leave because you askedto. Let's go on a date, Summer," Hunter looked into her eyes as those words cout of his mouth, hoping she'd listen to him and give him a chance this tas he was already dying inside for her.

"No," Summer's reply was short and blunt, and she didn't waste another second before she walked out of the house elegantly. However, she stopped on her track and clenched her fingers tightly and brielly when she saw Xander leaning against his car which was parked outside her gate.

"How did you know my house, and why are you here?" She crossed her arms on her chest as she stood in front of Xander minutes later with her eyebrows raised.

What if it was all a misunderstanding? What if she never cheated on him like she claimed years ago? What if it turned out that he really accused her of nothing? Will she be able to forgive him then? "Are you ok? You look sad," Hunter asked after she stepped outside the gate and stood in front of her. She glanced back at Xander er whose eyes were on Hunter the whole time.

"I don't feel good because of someone's presence..." She paused, then turned to Xander and smirked.

"Did you say you wanted to takeout on a date?" She asked out of the blue moon, and Xander's eyebrows furrowed.

"Hmm... Have you made your decision? Will you go with me?" ed his voice Hunter asked, his voice filled with new hope as his face beamed with smiles like a man whose crush was just giving an attention for the first time. Well, this meant a lot to him. "Who knows, I might make my decision if you helpout with something." She faced Hunter and smiled.

"I don't think I should introduce him again since you know who he is already. You can't relate since you weren't married before. But don't you think it'll be annoying if your ex-girlfriend or ex-wife suddenly shows up in front of you acting all pathetic?" Summer didn't look away from Xander as she spoke to Hunter.

"Hmm... I'd find it annoying..."

"Helpget rid of him.... If you can make him leave here immediately, I will go with you on a date, and who knows, might consider giving your Iave a chance,” Summer knew deep inside her that this was going to hurt Hunter, she knew that this gwasn't a nice one to play, but still, she just needed to do this.

Xander stood there silently, anticipating what Hunter was going to do. Was he going to hit him? How the heck was he going to get rid of him? Xander kept wondering, but the unexpected happened out of the blue moon.
