Due to the healing spell casted by the instructor, the Elementalists were healed in no time.
Ria let out a low grunt as her eyes opened slowly. Her eyes suddenly widened in shock, with one of her hands subconsciously moving to grab her stomach.
The events that led to her losing consciousness immediately replayed in her mind, and she couldn't help but grit her teeth in anger.
Remembering how she lost pitifully, especially against a stage one Elementalist, made her feel embarrassed.
She slowly stood up, and started walking out of the arena with her head hung down in shame.
Even without looking at the audience, she could still feel their gazes drilling into her back. Gazes filled with disappointment, and disdain; it all made her feel even more embarrassed.
She slowly turned around, and stared at the one who caused her loss, with her eyes narrowed in anger.
The brown haired Elementalist was busy chatting with his teammates, and they were all smiling and happy about their win.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtSeeing the smile on his face only served to increase her anger, and she subconsciously clenched her fists, to the point where he nails dug deeply into her flesh.
'Harry… I won't forget you. I would make you pay for this one day… just wait.' She thought to herself, before finally walking away, still seething in anger.
Meanwhile, Harry's eyes squinted slightly as he stared at the notification that flashed across his eyes.
The moment the instructor gave the announcement that their team had won the competition, a system notification appeared in front of him, informing him that he had completed the quests.

Lin slowly approached Harry, the sides of her face burning red for some reason.
"H… how did you defeat her?" She asked, her gaze fixed on Harry in awe. When Harry used [Lightning Dash] and sprinted towards Ria, she couldn't even see his figure and all she could see was a blur.
Then the next thing she knew, one of his fists was planted deeply into Ria's stomach and she was choking on the air, before falling to the ground, unconscious.
She couldn't help but wonder how Harry did it, especially in such a seemingly easy manner.
Susan, despite acting like she was walking away, was also listening in on the conversation, because even her was curious about what Harry's answer would be.
"Ohh, about that?" Harry muttered. "It was quite simple actually. My sudden burst in speed managed to catch her off-guard, then all I had to do was land an attack."
"What?" Lin said, surprised at how easy Harry made it all sound. She was also a stage one Elementalist, and she as sure that no matter how fast or sudden her spell-casting speed was, it would never be enough to catch a stage two Elementalist off-guard, especially one like Ria.
So the only thing that could explain how he won against Ria was that Harry was just that fast… and he was just that strong also!
Meanwhile, Susan's brows furrowed slightly when she heard Harry's words. 'Quite simple huh?' She thought.
Just then, a slight frown appeared on her face when she remembered what Harry said a few weeks ago, when he defeated Kerr.
Back then, he said something along the lines of Elementalist being physically weak.
'So that's it…' Susan mumbled inwardly. She knew Harry's physical capabilities were a lot higher than your average Elementalist, she had already noticed this during their spars.
When it came to physical strength and agility, Harry should be on par with a late stage two combat mage.
So his fight with Ria ended that quickly, not just because of the speed-boost spell he used, but because of his high physical abilities.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmRia was lacking physically, since she hadn't put any effort in training her physical body and only focused on her elemental abilities, so it made sense that she wasn't able to withstand Harry's punch.
His thought process was similar to that of combat mages, in the sense that they both tried to go into close combat when up against Elementalists.
It was the best choice for them, especially since Elementalists were weaker in close combat.
This one was weakness she had noticed about Elementalists, and it was also one she had tried to cover for in the best way she could.
Unlike most Elementalists who only focused on their elemental abilities, she also focused on her physical—though not as much as she did with her elemental abilities.
She trained and exercised, in order to boost her stamina, and even used weights and weighted bracelets to increase her strength and also agility.
Yet, despite all that, it seemed like she still wasn't as strong as Harry.
Apart from that, Harry's elemental talent was also insanely high, three elemental affinities, with each of them being high-grade at least.
While the academy never publicly announced Harry's affinity grades, with the elemental strength he had shown, it was clear that each of his affinities were at least high-grade.
'And I still feel like he hasn't revealed the full extent of his strength yet… I wonder, can I really defeat him… at his full power?' Susan thought, the frown on her face deepening a little.
She hated to admit it, but Harry's talent surpassed hers, by leagues and bounds, and as someone who was once praised as the Elementalist with the highest talent in not just Vane academy, but also Vernil city, she didn't feel to happy about this.
'I won't lose to you Harry… I will make sure of it.' She mumbled inwardly, clenching her fists tightly, to the point where her fingers dug deeply into her flesh, and her knuckles turned pale.
