"Hoi! Help me here!" Renj yelled and avoided another tusk attack from the bore and growled at Feliz and me. "Can't you aim that damn fire!"
Feliz snapped. "Shut up! It's not like it's easy to aim this thing! Why don't you hold that bore down for once?!"
Another ball of fire shot towards the bore, but the beast wasn't just going to stand there and let itself be a slice of roasted pork. It ran and leaped fast enough to be aimed with magic.
Without magic damage and just relying on physical attacks, it would take forever to kill that bore. For now, the group's greatest damage dealer was Renj ditching out forty-plus damage with each strike of his sword.
However, his AGI was also lacking compared to the bore, so most of his attacks missed its target.
I couldn't believe that they were having a hard time killing a single bore.
<Does Host wants to kill them now and the bore? Its meat will surely be good~>
Megu and Florin did say that they wanted pork. I mused to myself. Our current pigs are still small to be roasted, and we're planning to increase their numbers first before eating one of them.
With the [Treasury] built, I could send the meat directly to them now.
<They were happy with the dresses, makeup, and jewels that you sent them>
Yeah. I planned to buy more.
We've been messaging each other every day. Too bad that we couldn't call each other.
<Do you miss the girls, Host?>
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtI only smiled.
Feliz clicked her tongue and directed her anger at me. "Hey, you! Why aren't you helping?!"
"It's a waste of mana if we attack it aimlessly," I explained. "I'll wait for the others to hold it down first."
"You!"
I heard Feliz's teeth grinding even from where I was standing. She must be really mad. I didn't see anything wrong with my explanation though.
"If you're not going to help, then I'll let this bore eat you first!" Renj said, finally snapping.
For a senior, his patience was awfully none existent.
When Renj stepped to the side, the bore charged forward, and instead of attacking me, it took a turn and targeted Nina instead.
Why would it attack me if my real ATP was already in the four hundreds?
Of course, the bore would attack the weakest mage first.
Everyone was surprised when the beast zoomed into Nina's way. The latter was so stunned she didn't have time to cry or react.
It was Zen who saved her. He quickly recovered and embraced Nina into his arms before leaping out from the bore's way.
The bore hit a tree instead and suffered minuscule damage. It got stunned by the force of impact, and it momentarily went still.
"Got you!" Feliz's eyes sparkled, and she threw fire into its way, and the beast suffered critical damage.
But instead of killing it, the beast only suffered a hundred damage, halving its HP.
Feliz clicked her tongue while Renj sighed in exasperation.
"This is why I hate noobs!" he growled. "Your ATPs are simply so low!"
A vein pulsated on Feliz's forehead. "Ha?! If you're so good, then why don't you kill it then?!"
"H-help me!" Nina cried again when the bore targeted her while Zen was trying his hardest to take on the beast to give time for Nina to run away.
It only took one enemy for the group to fall apart. not even lasting thirty minutes.
I wasn't surprised. This is what happens if you put five strangers in a group.
Well, then. I equipped Lucy. While they're busy fighting and dealing with the bore, I'll kill them before the beasts could.
The loud noises attracted other enemies in the forest, and it was time to scram before we were surrounded.
But first . . . I need to get those [Evil Points].
"Hoi! Nina, what are you doing? Help me–!" Zen didn't finish his sentence when he was surprised at the sudden blade that sliced through the bore as well as his face.
A single downward stroke cut their life short, and Nina screamed when the blood splattered across her face. I quickly did a backswing, and the force of the blow left Lucy spackled with red fluid as Nina fell on the ground with a splintered stomach.
At Nina's loud scream, Feliz looked up at me in shock for a moment before she realized what had happened. "You! What did you do?!"
Renj seemed like he was still processing everything.
"Are you sure you want to ask that question instead of running?" I said and pointed the end of the blade in her way.
Feliz glared at me with murder in her eyes. "Just what do you think you're doing?!"
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmA siring hot ball of fire answered her question. Sensing danger, Renj quickly fled from Feliz while the latter was paralyzed in place due to shock that I had attacked her.
One hit of that slopy ball of fire and Feliz was engulfed in flames. She shrieked and yelled, trashed like there was someone choking her until she stopped and dropped dead on the ground. Her ashes turned into particles and were blown away by the wind.
Renj gasped. His eyes were so wide as they could stretched before they dangerously narrowed at me. "Y-you . . . how did you . . . ?!"
"You should be running." I flexed Lucy in my hand, and it was only when Renj dashed away, screaming for help.
Scything through the air, Lucy chased down Renj and intersected with his path, cutting deeply against his right leg.
A bloodied Renj crashed onto the ground, rolling around in pain.
I raised my sword to finish him off, but his begging voice stopped me from doing so.
"P-please . . . I b-beg you. D-don't kill me. I'll give you what you want."
I thought for a moment. "But what if I want your life?"
Renj's face went pale. "Y-you can't kill me. The others would get you!"
My head tilted to the side. "You sure?"
Renj went quiet. He knew that I knew he was bluffing. Nobody cares if players were killed in here.
The school couldn't be bothered if there were new batches enrolling every day.
I kicked him in the side, sending him flying into the trees. He landed on his backside and rolled around before weakly getting up again.
"P-please don't kill me. Please . . ."
"Are those your last words?"
