Nash tossed the white wolf carcasses into the sea. He then gathered sfirewood and lit a fire near the blood-stained area to
dispel the lingering scent of blood in the air.
By the tthe carcasses were dealt with, it was already deep into the night. He bundled up sdry grass and laid it beside the
fire, preparing to get srest.
Suddenly, thunder rumbled and the sky becovercast with dark clouds that obscured the stars. Raindrops started pouring down
apanied by strong winds. Nash had no choice but to lay the dry grass beside Lana's bed.
Lana furrowed her eyebrows slightly. The situation was a bit ufortable, but she chose not to say anything. After all, it was
raining outside, and she could not just kick him out.
Her phone pinged, indicating that its battery was low. She put her phone away to save the battery so that she could check the time
later. She then stepped over Nash's body and lay down on the grass heap, getting ready to sleep.

However, lying next to a man left her feeling uneasy. She closed her eyes and began to think about the plot she would write next.
The next day, Lana felt a warm breath on her forehead. Her eyelashes fluttered lightly as she slowly opened her eyes, only to find
Nash's face mere inches away from hers.
She turned her head slightly and realized that she had somehow rolled from her bed and onto the one Nash had prepared. Her leg
was resting across Nash's middle.
What was even more terrifying was that there was something hard under her leg.
A flush of embarrassment swept over Lana's face as she cautiously tried to lift her foot. However, Nash suddenly turned over, his
thin lips planting on Lana's forehead.
Lana's body tensed, and she immediately pushed Nash away before swiftly rolling back to her bed.
Nash opened his eyes sleepily, his lazy voice maic as he murmured, "Morning.”
"Morning," Lana replied absentmindedly. Her head hung low as she was too embarrassed to look at Nash directly. Still, she could
not help but glance at his lower body through the corner of her eyes.
Although she had no experience in romantic relationships, as a screenwriter, she had read a few romance . Despite that,
none of the male leads in those were as... well-endowed as Nash.
Seeing the furious blush on Lana's face, Nash instinctively glanced down at himself. Lo and behold, it was an impressive sight.
Turning away from Lana, Nash uttered the mind-clearing recitation silently, but it did not help much. Idle thoughts were not the
cause of this situation. It was a normal physiological reaction.
The wind and rain from last night had extinguished the fire. Nash gathered sdry grass and made a tinder. Then, he sharpened
a stick to create sfriction and start a fire. Having ventured through deep mountain forests for missions, he was adept at
starting fires with primitive methods. After just five minutes, the tinder caught fire.
Nash felt a shadow behind him, which seemed to be in the shape of a lighter. His whole body tensed, and he looked at Lana with a
stern expression. She was holding a windproof lighter in her hand.

"Why didn't you take out the lighter earlier?" Nash asked with annoyance. Although starting a fire was not difficult, not using a
lighter when there was one was plain ridiculous.
"I ot!" Lana said while trying to suppress the smile on her face.
Nash could not be bothered to argue with her. He tied the spearhead to a stick and announced, "I'm going for a walk. You make
something to eat."
Lana hurriedly said, "I'll go with you. I'm afraid to be alone here!"
The white wolves from yesterday had left a deep impression on her, and even though no harm woulde to her, her fear was still
real.
After sthought, Nash nodded. "Okay, let's eat first, then we'll leave together."
With that, he took the spear and went to the sea to fish. Thirty minutes later, he returned empty-handed. He had not expected the
fish to be as quick as lightning.
