Origin Court: Accepting Disciples With A System
Chapter 322 Unreasonably Powerful & DomineeringChapter 322 Unreasonably Powerful & Domineering
Clashing sounds rang throughout the entire Fiend Emperor Palace. It brought the attention of Yang Lujia and the rest, to which the former narrowed his eyes as he saw through the location where the fight was ongoing.
"There's a fight!" Xie Dou treated this as an opportunity to escape. "I need to settle this matter first. I'm afraid I have—"
"You stay here," Yang Lujia's three words, which cut Xie Dou off from his path to escape from this terrifying being. "It seems like there's some friction within the palace that you oversee. I just wish to see how far my eldest disciple's strength has reached."
Smiling, he looked at Xie Dou and then at Lu Bao. On the other hand, Lu Bao was not convinced by what Yang Lujia said. If it was really his eldest disciple who was currently fighting, why would the waves from the fight could not threaten him a bit?
All he knew that the boy who had a pair of dominating blue eyes had scared him to the bone. 'It seems like this disciple of his was the youngest among all of them. However, he was already this strong. Not to mention, that bald donkey on his side was very strong as well. With me cultivating the darkness rules, I am very sensitive towards something that's related to light.'
If only Lu Bao could see Yang Lujia's even younger disciple, he might have already collapsed. Moreover, what he thought about the eldest being unable to threaten him a bit based on the fight was mere fantasy.
Xie Dou, on the other hand, almost jumped in fear. What the hell was his disciple doing in my palace? What was his intention for doing so? Moreover, it seemed as if Yang Lujia already knew everything inside out. Otherwise, he would have not stopped him. It was too scary for even someone like this young man in front of him to act as if he knew everything from the very start.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇt"Uhm, sir… what is your disciple doing in my palace? From the waves of the fight, it seems like he's fighting the Second Prince?" Xie Dou was dumbfounded as there was someone ferocious to fight a prince.
Wait…
"My disciple has the bloodline that best resonates with darkness. With that bloodline, it seems like he's still holding back fighting against that Second Prince of yours," Yang Lujia replied as he looked at the building where the fight was ongoing. "After all, in the past, I always remind my disciples to not show your strength too much in front of an enemy who has not yet shown their all. Only at a critical point should you give your all. Moreover, from the fight itself, and from my eyes, your Second Prince is nothing but a mere tool for my disciple to step and destroy."
After saying those words, he then looked at the building where he sensed a man whose strength and aura was on par with Xie Dou. "Moreover, it seems like someone's is looking at the fight like a feast?"
"What?" Xie Dou looked stunned. He did not know why Yang Lujia would say that.
"I say, Xie Dou, your palace is full of schemes. Do you think that little boy beside that old man would be able to kill my disciple? Let alone him, even the old man beside him would be killed in an instant the moment my disciple goes all out. You should know what I'm talking about, right?"
"Old man? Wait…" Xie Dou looked at Yang Lujia in horror and finally understood what was going on. In the past, he only heard that the Fiend Emperor had accepted another genius and gave him the title of a Fiend Prince, thereby making people call him their Third Prince.
This was already out of the question and he knew for certain that they had bumped into something even more formidable than the entire realm. He could not even measure this terrifying young man, let alone try to fight him with all his might. Having become the Fiend Ancestor, he was already smart enough to know that.
"I'm gonna be taking my disciple with me. Moreover, he has no use staying here anymore. Moreover, it seems like you still have a lot of guests here to attend to. Is it because of the opening of something? What was it called again? Carnage Firmament? Would you like for me to open it up for you in advance?"
"What the…" Xie Dou's eyes widened that he forgot to blink for ten seconds. Just how powerful would this man be to be able to open the Carnage Firmament in advance?
"I can open it," Yang Lujia said, as though doing such deed was the simplest thing he could do. "It's nothing but a small world. I can create several versions of it. Moreover…"
After a moment of silence, he then looked at the empress beside Xie Dou who was looking at him with eager eyes, as though she was pleading for him to do something. "Fiend Emperor… or should I say… Fiend Empress… if my guess is right, would you reward me?" He then coughed as it sounded awkward for a moment. "I mean… someone inside your palace seems to be suffering in eternal agony. If he's not treated right away, he might pass away. Moreover, I can feel that you and that 'someone' felt very close in terms of your bloodline…"
"Yes," the woman stared at him, obviously not fearing death that might fall upon her anytime.
Seeing this, Yang Lujia just smirked. "Are you not afraid of me?"
The woman shook her head. "That man is my lifeline. I vowed to save him even if it would cost my life. Why would I fear anything?"
Even if she was the dignified Fiend Emperor of a realm, she was willing to forget everything she had attained for that person inside that coffin—her big brother—the only one that she had admired for so long but encountered an unfortunate event.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm"That's good. You're someone who values families and relationships." Yang Lujia did not forget to praise her, because if it was before, he would not be able to do that—let alone a brother who never existed in his life, his parents never even cared for him at all.
The woman's eyes carried off a semblance of hope. It was as though something within her had been rekindled after a very long time. Seeing the powerful young man who could subdue even someone from the temple and someone who was at the level of the Fiend Ancestor, she was certain that he indeed had the means to save his big brother.
"But let me open the Carnage Firmament first. Later on, I'll save that man," Yang Lujia said as he nodded at her. Afterward, he threw his gaze at Long Guang, go fetch your eldest brother. Tell him to end the fight in an instant. That Second Prince is no different than an ant in front of him. There's something in the Carnage Firmament that might be able to complete his bloodline, apart from this Carnage Lotus that we got from the Dragon Emperor."
Long Guang's pair of eyes flickered. It had been a very long time since he had seen the eldest, his only big brother among all the disciples his master had. He was the only one he relied on when he was still a baby. He could remember how considerate his big brother was at that time. And thinking of seeing him again after some couple of years, he was elated to the extent that he would be willing destroy the entire Fiend Emperor Palace for this meet-up.
"What are you spacing out for?" Yang Lujia slapped Long Guang's head lightly. "Save your senior brother now or else that Second Prince would die without a grave."
'What the hell…' Xie Dou could not find the words to speak. 'Why would your statement sound so wrong as hell…'
