"Then, who is handling the family now?", Zhan Lin looked towards the eldest aunt of Zhan Chen.

Ancestor, it is big sister. She is handling the family since all of them left for the war", Zhan Chen's second aunt spoke.

"Good girl, it has been hard on you", Zhan Lin's gaze softened as he looked towards Zhan Chen's eldest aunt.

"Looks like I have to make a trip personally. I can teach them a lesson after bringing them back", Zhan Lin spoke while caressing his own long beard.

A difficult to hide excitement appeared in the eyes of Zhan Chen's eldest aunt after she heard Zhan Lin's words. It was same for Zhan Chen's second aunt and his mother as they got excited after listening the words of Zhan Lin.

Zhan Lin chuckled a bit after seeing the expression of everyone. His gaze shifted to Zhan Chen who was still sitting there in a crosslegged position.

Beads of sweat could be seen on Zhan Chen's head as he was trying his best to control the sudden influx of spiritual energy. The divine diagram on his soul was glowing faintly as it was helping him stabilizing the condition inside his body.

The sudden action of the strange diagram caught him offguarded but his displeasure turned to excitement when he saw the ability of the divine diagram. The divine diagram had a suppressing effect on the spiritual energy as it was helping him in keeping control over the vast amount of spiritual energy.

Zhan Chen tried to integrate the vast amount of spiritual energy with his own spiritual energy. His own spiritual energy churned inside his mind as it started to whittle away the vast amount of spiritual energy.

Zhan Chen's spiritual energy grew stronger gradually as he kept manipulating his spiritual energy. At certain point of time, spiritual energy turned into an illusory water drop.

Zhan Chen's lips curled up a bit after he was successful in creating the first drop of illusory water bit he didn't lose his focus. He constantly manipulated his spiritual energy and suppressed it with the help of the mysterious diagram on his soul.

The vast amount of spiritual energy gradually reduced as it turned into a few water drops. The process was slow but Zhan Chen maintained his calm and kept manipulating his spiritual energy.

What Zhan Chen was aiming for was to create his own spiritual river. Spiritual river was necessary for a formation grandmaster if he wanted to go beyond and reach the legendary Formation king realm. Forming the droplets of spiritual energy was a major step towards that direction.

Time seemed to fly past and it was already evening when Zhan Chen managed to integrate all the spiritual energy into his own. He took a look at his mental space and nodded in satisfaction.

His spiritual energy was no longer scattered like before. It had already condensed into water droplets and created a puddle of spiritual droplets.

The small puddle couldn't be considered as a spiritual river but Zhan Chen managed to take the major step in the path of spiritual cultivation. Now, he only need to absorb more spiritual energy and more water droplets would be added to the puddle.

He opened up his eyes and took a look at his surrounding. "Kid, you are finally done. To be able to create such a choas, you are indeed quite capable", Zhan Lin spoke when he noticed Zhan Chen opening his eyes.

Zhan Chen stood up and bowed towards Zhan Lin. Unlike others, he was not at all surprised by the arrival of this mysterious expert. 

"Chen-er, kowtow to him. He is one of our Zhan family ancestors", Li Qingzhao spoke when he saw Zhan Chen bowing towards Zhan Lin.

Zhan Chen nodded his head as he was not at all hesitant to give his respect to one of his ancestors. He knelt down and was just going to kowtow when an illusory force approached him and made him stand up again.

"Bowing is enough. There is s no need of a kowtow", Zhan Lin spoke as he looked curiously at Zhan Chen. 

"Kiddo, what kind of formation you are planning to arrange?", Zhan Lin looked towards Zhan Chen.

"Senior, I am planning to arrange a Five element profound tribulation formation", Zhan Chen replied.

"Oh, interesting. Arrange it then. It has been years since I see a formation grandmaster working. Moreover, such a young formation grandmaster at that", Zhan Lin chuckled and encouraged Zhan Chen.

"A formation grandmaster!", the mouth of Zhan Chen's second aunt opened up as she looked towards Zhan Chen's direction. She forgot to close her mouth even after seconds. The same was the reaction of Zhan Chen's eldest aunt and third aunt as they looked towards Zhan Chen with disbelief in their eyes. Li Qingzhao also became stunned as she couldn't believe her own ears.

"Little girls, no need to feel surprise. The most surprising thing will be if he become a formation king before reaching twenty five year of age", Zhan Lin spoke.

"Senior, praises me too much", Zhan Chen chuckled. He felt impressed by the insight of his ancestor.

"Eldest aunt, second aunt, third aunt, mother, thank you for waiting up for me. I am arranging the Five element profound tribulation formation now", Zhan Chen spoke.

Zhan Chen didn't sat up this time. He only closed his eyes and spread his spiritual energy towards the surrounding. He didn't dare use his soul consciousness now as he didn't wanted to be found out by his powerful ancestor.

All of his surrounding appeared inside his mind as his spiritual energy reached the every nook and corner of Zhan family estate. His spiritual energy approached the spiritual materials he had buried in all corner.

The Abyss jade was the first to react as it was the closest to him in distance. The branch of Thunderwoood tree, horn of Fire spitting ox, core of Dragon snake and Spiritual green sand followed after the Abyss jade and stated to show reaction.

The divine symbols on top of them lit up as an elemental fluctuation came out from the places where they were buried.

"Connect", with a thought of his mind, spiritual energy stirred and spread towards other materials. Zhan Chen controlled the spiritual energy of heaven and earth and turned them into straight lines and connected the five materials. 

"Shhh! Howl!", elemental fluctuation increased as the formation was activated. Thunder cackled and wind blew. A intense heat came out from the surrounding where the horn of Fire spitting ox was buried. A wet feeling came from the place where the core of the Dragon snake was buried. A suffocating feeling came from the place where Zhan Chen was currently standing. It was the Abyssal jade which was releasing a intense amount of gravity.

Even Zhan Chen's aunts aunts were also feeling the pressure because they were standing nearby. The pressure of gravity vanished as Zhan Lin waved his sleeve.

"A marvelous formation", Zhan Lin nodded his head as he observed the formation. 

"Chen-er really managed to do it", Li Qingzhao muttered as she was looking at the surrounding. 

"This brat, when did he become so capable?", Zhan Chen's second aunt muttered as she observed the changes in the surrounding.

"Fourth sister, congratulation. Little Chen is already a formation Grandmaster. You no longer need to worry about him", the eldest aunt of Zhan Chen smiled towards Li Qingzhao.

Li Qingzhao's eyes misted up slightly as she nodded her head. 

"I know little Chen is never useless. I know he is capable but never thought that he can create such a thing", Zhan Chen's third aunt commented as she observed her surrounding.

"Finally, it is done", Zhan Chen smiled. "I just need to arrange a spirit gathering array and the formation can work even if I am not around", he thought to himself.

"Little Chen, is it done?", Zhan Chen's third aunt asked. Zhan Chen nodded his head with a smile.

"There are some minor things remain but it can be settled easily", Zhan Chen spoke. With a thought of his mind, the divine symbols stopped glowing and the elemental fluctuation stopped. The Zhan family estate turned normal once again.

"Well done, kiddo. I am going to pick up your father and uncles. Wait untill then", Zhan Lin spoke with a smile.

His figure flashed as he disappeared from everyone's mind. "What, father and uncles are coming back?", Zhan Chen felt surprised for a moment.

"I am wracking my brain to help them out but it seems like my help is unnecessary. With the power of ancestor, their issues can be resolved quickly", Zhan Chen thought to himself.

He turned his eyes towards his mother and aunts. "Mother, why are you looking at me like this?", Zhan Chen asked with confusion. The gaze of his aunts were also not normal either as they were looking at him with strange looking eyes.

"Chen-er, have you really become a formation grandmaster?", Li Qingzhao asked.

"Oh, formation grandmaster. Yes, I can be considered as one", Zhan Chen nodded his head.

"My Chen-er has grown up. Your father will be happy if he hears this news", Li Qingzhao spoke as her eyes welled up with tear drops. 

Zhan Chen didn't know what to do after seeing his mother acting like a cry baby.

"Mother, you are waiting me for such a long time. You must be tired. The same goes for eldest aunt, second aunt and third aunt. Let's go and do a family dinner together", Zhan Chen spoke as he stretched his hand to wipe off the eyes of his mother.

Li Qingzhao nodded her head and wiped off her eyes. She took a look at little Tao who was staring at Zhan Chen with starry eyes.

Zhan Chen also felt the gaze of little Tao as a smile appeared on his face. "Little girl, stop looking at me", he flicked the forehead of Little Tao.

"Young master, you are amazing", Little Tao spoke while massaging her forehead.

"Let's go. There are a lot of things to arrange", Zhan Chen's eldest aunt spoke.. Everyone followed after her and left the location of the formation.
