Sophia beamed at him. “What I’m trying to say is… If you can’t find Miss Corinne, I’ll be willing to live with you as a

partner. I mean, we’re already legally married abroad, so that makes us husband and wife too, right?”

Jeremy knew that, so he agreed to compensate her. The tricky part was that Sophia did not want compensation in
