Chapter 416: One Person vs. an Organization(11)
Time flew by.
The situation only became troublesome for Aakesh. He had no choice but to use the second Absolute arrow.
He aimed his bow at the sky while covering himself with a triple layer of Counter Shield. The ability to add layers was his gain in today’s battle.
Even though he regularly fought virtual battles, the rate at which he grew in the current fight with the remaining elites of Demonic-fire was nothing less than impressive.
Aakesh then started stretching the bowstring as the shield around him began cracking. Here, Aakesh was taking a risk as the Absolute arrow could result in the complete destruction of this area, which would result in him knowing nothing about the purpose of intrusion.
He still decided to go ahead as the system had also given him a single-kill arrow, which it would never give if there weren’t an opponent that had enough strength to survive the destruction.
“Crack!”
Despite being a triple layer shield, it failed to survive for even a second due to so many attacks of peak Immortals.
One attack succeeded in bypassing the shield after its destruction and reached Aakesh.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtAakesh had no choice but to take it as he wasn’t quick enough to dodge it. The only thing he could do was to lessen the injury it could cause.
Aakesh slightly moved while continuing to stretch the bowstring as the attack passed, taking a large chunk of meat above his waist away.
The arrow had also presented itself at that moment. It was similar to the last arrow.
Aakesh then released the bowstring, and the arrow flew. All the Aisads around him, barring one or two to a halt as they were unable to handle the pressure.
All of the current fighting Aisads had seen the destruction the arrow had caused, so they attempted to leave right away.
Their already fearful faces turned into horror as they noticed that the space around them was completely restricted for them. If they wanted to leave the area, they had to travel on foot, which was an impossible task for even someone like them.
Since they couldn’t escape their death, they all decided to attack the blue-skinned intruder with all of their might. Some even thought of self-destruction to increase the chances of death, but when they turned around, they noticed that the intruder was nowhere to be seen.
Aakesh had no restriction of space around him since he was the archer. He easily teleported out of the range of the destruction.
The next moment, he appeared right at the exit point of the galaxy. The barrier around the galaxy still wasn’t destroyed despite being close to the range of the previous Absolute arrow, but it had turned so fragile that it would only take a few silver-blue flame arrows to break it.
Suddenly the scene in front of Aakesh changed. The next moment, the protective barrier covering the galaxy started cracking like glass, and in no time, it had entirely disintegrated, giving a clear view of the destruction to Aakesh.
Except for the palace, nothing else remained in the entire galaxy. Aakesh then took a step forward and appeared right at the door.
The previous splendor of the palace was nowhere to be seen as numerous large cracks had spread across the building.
The previous giant door was nowhere to be seen, so Aakesh took a step forward and entered.
Aakesh suddenly felt a chill spread across his body as soon as he stepped inside the palace.
He didn’t have to search for long for the source of the chill as a creature stepped out from the other side.
It was a creature that had a horse-like face but with canine teeth.
“Who is your backer?” The creature asked with a flustered voice.
It was a creature belonging to the Sacred dimension, but it still hadn’t seen such potent arrows. Geoffrey, the leader of Demonic-Fire, and Nielle also failed to survive, despite being in such a protected space.
“You’re the mastermind behind those intrusions?” Aakesh ignored the question and instead expressionlessly asked.
The leader of the Demonic-Fire was an Aisad, and since he wasn’t here, it meant he had died. The fact that this creature had survived meant that it was the cause of the single kill by the Absolute arrow.
“Yes,” The creature replied as if it had no problem, accepting the situation.
“Why did you do it?” Aakesh asked another question.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm“You don’t want to know,” The creature replied. It then disappeared from its spot and appeared right above Aakesh, with its jaw wide open to snap Aakesh’s head.
Aakesh teleported himself out of the area, but the projection of the jaw followed him, waiting to snap his head.
Aakesh couldn’t stop for even a moment, as a halt for a moment was equivalent to death. He didn’t have a strong enough physique to survive the bite.
Aakesh had no choice but to use the only option in his arsenal. He aimed his bow toward the sky and stretched the bowstring while running.
The next moment, he stopped in his steps as the projection of the bite disappeared as soon as the outline of the last Absolute arrow started appearing.
The creature had a sudden change in its expression as it could feel that if this arrow hit it, its actual body in the sacred dimension would also die.
“Tell me the reason behind intrusions into my store, or you can say goodbye to life,” Aakesh coldly threatened the creature as he aimed his bow toward it.
How could Aakesh not see that the creature was only the clone?
“If you tell me the reason, I would only kill your clone,” Aakesh further added, as leaving the creature alive was never an option, even if it meant not knowing the purpose of intrusion. ‘Your actual body would die when the store would ascend to the Sacred dimension,’ He further added, but only in his thoughts.
If he took all the options away from the creature, why would it tell the truth?
“Why should I believe you?” The creature asked in response.
Aakesh’s eye turned cold as he asked, “Do you think I am bargaining with you? If you don’t tell me, you and your actual body will die. If you told the purpose, only you will die.”

A/N: The next chapter would be the end of this war. Why do you think the creatures and their organization is trying to invade the store?
