Chapter 712: A New Day with New Customers(17)
Unaware of what actions his disappearance had caused in the Sun Elves, William was currently busy in the store, conversing with Aakesh and learning about the store products.
“Would it work for me?” William asked Aakesh after learning about the increase in actual cultivation from Panagea. He had a blocker set on his cultivation due to the traveling talisman. If he wanted to break the restriction, he would have to reach the level of Primordials since these talismans were created by Primordials belonging to the third dimension.
“Yes, it would,” Aakesh understood what William wanted to ask, so he expressionlessly replied. Before waiting for William to respond, Aakesh added, “You can regain the levels you have earned in Panagea to reality after your return to the Sacred dimension. Until then, you wouldn’t be able to buy any cultivation level in the Primal dimension.”
The system didn’t interfere with some of the rules set by the will of the Primal dimension and other high-level beings, as it would be equivalent to offending all of them at once. Aakesh’s strength hadn’t reached a point where he was invincible in front of everyone, so the system didn’t want to make many enemies and put Aakesh’s life at risk.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtWilliam only nodded in response to Aakesh’s reply. He had expected to hear such a response from the store owner since he knew what the removal of the blockade set by the traveling talisman entailed for the creatures.
“Do you convert Sacred stones to Primal stones?” William then asked Aakesh. He had left with some of his wealth when he departed the family since money was paramount everywhere. He couldn’t just live a life of beggar after living as prince of an overlord-level family since his birth.
Aakesh expressionlessly nodded. He felt the system setting up the conversion rate between Sacred stones and Primal stones was a timely decision, and it would help the store a lot in the upcoming days. Aakesh had a sense that the number of customers from the Sacred dimension was going to see an increase in the coming days.
“What is the conversion rate between top Sacred stone and supreme Primal stone?” William asked. As his status in the family was only second to Andrew and his head wife, he had never seen any Sacred stone below the top grade.
He currently carried only top Sacred stones in his Kingdom, with one or two Sacred stores of even higher quality.
“One top Sacred stone is equivalent to three quintillion supreme Primal stones,” Aakesh expressionlessly replied. If someone were to hear the number, they would have fainted. Even Aakesh’s store had made this amount of total sale in the past fifty years it had been here.
One lowest grade Sacred stone was equivalent to three trillion supreme Primal stones, so as per the usual conversion rate, one top Sacred stone must have been equal to thirty quadrillion supreme Primal stones. But currently, it was a million times the conversion rate, taking it to three quintillion stones.
The energy level in the Sacred dimension was different from what it was in the Primal dimension, so the system chose the safest conversion rate. It was unbiased toward everyone. So the system couldn’t create losses for other customers in this trade.
“You can convert the stones, but remember, you can never take the money out from the supreme card,” Aakesh expressionlessly added since the system would have to completely suck up countless mines to take out so many supreme Primal stones at once.
William nodded since he did not need to take out the money in the first place. Since he was an Immortal, he did not need to eat here, unlike in the Sacred dimension. If William wanted to eat for fun, then only William would have to splurge money on it. But after living for his whole life in the Sacred dimension, William didn’t think he would want to eat or buy any clothes from here.
Aakesh had already told William about the supreme card, so he was already aware of its knowledge. The next moment, William took out the top Sacred stone from his kingdom since inside the store, the space wasn’t blocked.
A heavy pressure descended on the store as soon as the top Sacred stone saw the light. The energy contained in it was so heavy that if William were to drop the stone slowly, it would create an earthquake of such intensity that it would destroy the planet.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmWilliam felt his legs sinking to the ground as he was unable to carry the Sacred stone. The next moment, the system acted.
The heavy pressure disappeared as quickly as it had arrived, while the top Sacred stone appeared, floating next to the square box. Even Aakesh wasn’t able to carry the stone. Even though he had stats that would scare the crap out of any peak Immortal, in the end, he was also only an Immortal.
The system didn’t want to see Aakesh make a fool out of himself by trying to pick out the stone, so its mechanical voice also rang inside Aakesh’s head the next moment.
Aakesh was no fool to make such a rookie mistake. He was aware of the power gap between him and the top Sacred stone, so he would never do that. Since it was the system worrying for him, he didn’t stop the system from completing its alarm.
The Sacred stone looked entirely different from the Primal stone. The Primal stone here had rough edges. The lowest grade Sacred stone was also the same, but the top Sacred stone had smooth edges, making it aesthetically beautiful.
A golden light was compressed within the stone. Anyone who attempted directly to look at it would feel their eyes burning from light.
The system had suppressed the effect, so Aakesh’s eyes were fine and didn’t burn. Aakesh had already seen it earlier during the first four quests, so he didn’t focus much on it.
The next moment, he casually nudged the stone. Not long after, it flew toward the black hole imprinted on the square box.
Aakesh then pushed the switch referring to supreme, and not long after, a silver card appeared in Aakesh’s hands.
Aakesh then handed the square card to William, only to see William looking at him with his mouth and eyes wide open the next moment.
