Chapter 961: The Ultimate Store Card!
'Is that what one ultimate Sacred stone can achieve?' William couldn't help but think after hearing Aakesh's response.
It was true that what the Ultimate Store Card offered was less valuable than what the Supreme Store Card sold in the Primal Dimension, but only when they were both compared. If not for that, the card still offered much more than its value.
William couldn't hold back his curiosity, so he decided to ask Aakesh about it.
"Yes, the store cards' abilities are what their cost offers," Aakesh agreed. As for how the store did it, Aakesh wasn't going to answer, and William also knew that.
This technology alone was worth more than the value of many top races. No one could stop any race from becoming the Dimension's sole rulers if they gained control of such high energy conversion technology.
Elle then suddenly whispered in William's ears about the beasts. They could see seven people waiting at one corner of the store, so they understood that the spots in Panagea weren't available.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtWilliam nodded and requested nine Ultimate Store cards. He then took out nine ultimate Sacred stones from a space ring. Even though his cultivation was intermediate Higher God, his inner world couldn't handle the presence of the ultimate Sacred stones. He needed to store them in a space ring.
Elle's inner world could store these stones, but her wealth was no match for William, despite being thousands of years older than him.
William's daily allowance was greater than Elle's annual income from businesses under her control. When it came to their heirs, the Asquith family made no compromises on expenses.
Aakesh only nodded and began to repeat the process. He only stopped when there were nine cards in his hands. Aakesh then handed these nine glowing cards to William.
The difference between the Higher and Ultimate Store cards was like the difference between heaven and earth. They were similar in size and shape, but the ultimate card's thickness had grown to the point where it felt almost metallic; however, because of its high degree of elasticity, it could be bent if desired.
The card front was golden in color, with dark-blue bordering. The bordering wasn't simple, as there were patterns of the store's building engraved on it.
Even someone like William couldn't find the number of patterns engraved on the border. The store's name covered one-fourth of the card's golden-painted front. The fonts were the same as what the system used on the storefront.
Below the store's name was a zigzag pattern engraved in dark blue, similar to the border and Aakesh's skin.
A black hole expanding pattern could be seen below the zigzag, and a blurry silhouette could be seen inside. Below it was the tiny needle, and slightly below it was the see-through hole.
William gently took the card from Aakesh's hands and then distributed it to the people in his group.
Even though all of them were already aware of Aakesh's knowledge of the Ancient Draconic language, they still couldn't help but become shocked when they saw the language. Especially the butler, as he was also once a member of the royal family; his education was up to standards, so he knew more than William and Elle.
Even in the Ancient Draconic language, there were three time spans. The oldest was the Antiquity; the second-oldest was the Primordial; and the third was the Ancient. But since the knowledge of the Antiquity and Primordial Draconic had disappeared from the minds of many Dragons, let alone other races such as Elves there became one category of the Ancient Draconic.
The Asquith Family only had a basic knowledge of those two forgotten languages, so when the butler saw the pattern: his eyes expanded violently. The feeling he got from the zigzag pattern was that it was related to the Primordial Draconic language.
The butler couldn't help but look at Aakesh in astonishment. At the same time, he decided to tell Adam about it right after returning.
William and Elle weren't aware of the thoughts going on inside the butler's head, but they still noticed the sudden change in his eyes. William asked concernedly, bringing a gentle smile to the butler's face.
"Young master, you will find it when the time has arrived." The butler spoke with a gentle smile. He had reached out to pat William's shoulders, but it suddenly stopped because of the vast status gap between the two of them.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmWilliam smiled at the butler's actions, but he still went and touched his shoulder with the butler's palm.
The butler wanted to snatch his hands back, but William suddenly grabbed them. The cultivation difference between the two was such that even a slight leak of destructive aura from the butler would be enough to kill William countless times. But the butler could only smile helplessly as the actions went forward.
The guards, standing behind the butler, smiled after seeing their young master's action. They prayed in their hearts for William to stay this way, as he was still only a child and his actions were innocent.
Even though William and Elle were aware of how to link with the store card, Aakesh still told them as there were new faces in the group.
The guards immediately looked at William, and only when he nodded did they commit the act.
Even though none of the guards were from the direct family, their bloodlines were pure since the family mostly hired only those with pure bloodlines.
The already-golden cards began to glow even brighter when the pure blood of the Sun Elves engulfed them.
Time flew by, and several seconds passed in the blink of an eye.
All nine of them linked successfully with the card. The blurry silhouette in the black hole pattern had now taken on the same shape as the card's owner.
The card only allowed two locations to be marked, so all of them marked planet Elysium as the first point. As for the second, it was important, so there was no hurry.
William turned around and looked at his butler and the staff. He ordered the group to tell his father that the training area wasn't currently available. The ability of Ultimate Store Card allowed them to teleport directly from Elysium to the store, so they didn't need to worry about finding a suitable living place anymore.
