The Alpha Bond 236 One Year Later The sun was high in the sky, casting a golden glow over the newly rebuilt pack house. The scent of fresh paint filled the air as I stood on a ladder, brush in hand, carefully painting the intricate wooden trims of the house. The pack house had once been reduced to rubble during the war, but after months of hard work and dedication, we had rebuilt it stronger than ever.

A breeze rustled through the trees, bringing with it the mingling scents of the nearby river, blooming flowers, and the laughter of my mates.

"Stormi, you missed a spot," Austin called from below, smirking as he leaned against the railing of the porch.

I rolled my eyes. "Austin, I swear if you don't stop distracting me, I'll miss a spot' right on your face." Alex, who was standing nearby with his sleeves rolled up and paint splattered on his cheek, laughed. "Honestly, I think she's doing a better job than you, Austin. Didn't you say you'd paint the back wall yesterday? Pretty sure it's still half done." Isaiah, ever the instigator, grinned. "I think we all know who the real leader of this house is." Austin scoffed. "We already knew that. Stormi rules the entire werewolf world, why not our house too?" I smirked. "That's right, and don't you forget it." I stepped down from the ladder, stretching my arms. It had been a year since the war ended, and in that time, we had rebuilt not just our home, but our society. The werewolves were no longer scattered, divided by old grudges and outdated traditions. We had becone unified force.

And as their leader-the Alpha of Alphas-I had taken on the responsibility of representing the werewolves in the human world. It wasn't an easy task, but it was necessary. After the war, humans had finally becaware of the supernatural world, and while sfeared us, others were willing to coexist.

The witches had undergone a transformation as well. Under Rowena's leadership, they had formed the Silver Coven, a powerful and united force that now acted as a bridge between the magical world and the human world. Rowena had beca powerful figure, not just among witches, but as my right hand.

"Speaking of ruling the werewolf world," Isaiah said, setting down his paintbrush, "when are we going to discuss the real issue?" I arched an eyebrow. "And what issue would that be?" Elijah's lips curled into a smirk. "Pups." I nearly dropped my brush. "What?" Austin chuckled. "Con, Stormi. We've been talking about it for months now. You've got three mates-so it's only a matter of time.**» Alex grinned, wiping his hands on a cloth. "And the real question is, whose pup is going to be born first?" I groaned, rubbing my temples. "You cannot be serious right now." Isaian folded his arms over his chest, looking smug. "Oh, we're serious. I think my child should be first. You know, for balance." Austin scoffed. "Balance? Are you kidding? I think mine should be first. I mean, let's be honest, Stormi and I have the best dynamic." 1/3 Chapter 230.

Alex rolled his eyes. "That's Fith coming from you. If anyone's having the first pup, it's going to be me." "I believe I have the right to have the first pup." Elijah smirked.

The argument quickly devolved into bickering, with each of my mate trying to convince the others why their child should be the firstborn. I pinched the bridge of my nose, exhaling deeply.

"Moon Goddess, givestrength," I muttered under my breath.

Just as I was about to shut them all up, the front door opened, and Rowena strolled in, her presence as commanding as ever.

"Oh, please tellyou're not arguing over something so ridiculous, she said, crossing her arms.

I let out a relieved sigh. "Thank you, Rowena. Please talk ssense into them." Rowena smirked as she glanced between my mates. "I hate to say it, but they might not be wrong to argue about it." I frowned. "What do you mean?" She stepped closer, her deep violet eyes twinkling with something mischievous.

"You may not have to debate this for much longer," she said casually blinked. "Why?" Rowena's smirk grew. "Because you might already be expecting." The world stopped.

I stared at her. "What?" My mates froze mid-argument. Austin, who had been gesturing wildly, suddenly stood stiff as a board. Isaiah looked like he had forgotten how to breathe. Alex's mouth was slightly open, as if he was trying to form words but failing.

Rowena let out a soft chuckle. "Stormi, listen carefully." I frowned, confused, but did as she asked. I closed my eyes and focused inward, channeling my senses.

And then...

I heard it.

A faint, rhythmic sound. A small, fluttering heartbeat.

My hand instinctively moved to my stomach as realization crashed over me.

My eyes flew open, wide with shock. "Oh, my Goddess." Austin stepped forward, staring atlike I had just told him the world was ending. "Did you just-? Are you-?" Isaiah let out a breathless laugh. "She's pregnant?" Alex ran a hand through his hair, still looking stunned. “I-1 can't believe it." Rowena smirked. "Believe it." 2/3 Chapter 230 For a long moment, nobody spoke.

And then- Chaos erupted.

Elijah whooped, liftingoff the ground and spinningin the ait Isaiah grabbed my face and kissed my me, murmuring something about how incredible I was. Alex pulledinto a tight embrace, his face buried in my hair. Austin ton got in on the hug.

The bickering from earlier? Completely forgotten.

"Wait, wait, wait-so whose pup is it?" Isaiah suddenly asked, eyes gleaming.

I groaned. "Oh, not this again!"" Austin grinned. "Well, I think-" I cut him off by shoving my paintbrush into his hands. “Enough! Now that we've had our tic moment, finish painting the house." Isaiah and Alex burst into laughter as Austin pouted.

Rowena shook her head, amused. "Honestly, Stormi, you're going to have your hands full with these three." I sighed, but I was smiling.

The past year had been filled with challenges, losses, and sacrifices. But in the end, we had survived. We had rebuilt.

And now, a new life was beginning.

The End.
