Chapter 740 Zane stared atwith a smile. He said, "I'll have to ask his opinion." Then, Zane immediately asked Eric to cto his office. Upon hearing that, Eric dropped everything and rushed over.

"Is something the matter?" Zane looked atand said, "You can talk to him directly." I told Eric about my secretive part-twork, and then I told him about my requirements. I said, "Your job is to communicate the increase in volof production to the factories. I'll handle the rest, and I'll give you a 20% commission. Do you want in?" After a quick calculation, Eric could tell that the 20% commission was no small figure. It was like a windfall! He wouldn't say no to money, but his boss was just there, too.

Though excited, Eric remained calm and considered Zane's opinion. He turned to Zane and asked, "What do you think, Mr. Huxham?" "I respect your decision," Zane said emotionlessly.

Eric hesitated, unsure of what to say, but Zane could tell what Eric's concerns were.

Zane said, "If I were you, I'd take this job. It's a great opportunity-it'd be a waste to let it slip." Eric understood that, but he prioritized his job. Zane went on to say, "She toldthat this part-tjob will not affect your day job." Immediately, Eric blurted, "I'll do it!" Upon hearing that, I led Eric to my seat and handed him all the necessary tasks. I explained the commission division to him as well.

Eric knew was a generous person, so he didn't say anything about the commission. But when he saw our sales, he was shocked and asked in disbelief, "How did you sell so many?" "It's easy. I got somebody to promote it abroad," I replied nonchalantly. The both of us stared at each other for a while.

Then, Eric said, "When we first entered the foreign market, we would fail because of various reasons." He couldn't understand how I was so successful.

I chuckled and said, "Find locals. Get the locals to promote it locally, and then give them a commission." Eric was a smart man. After hearing my words, he quickly grasped the root problem.
