Chapter 313 Christina Comes to Alexa
Scott couldn't bear it, but he didn't say much in the end.
At four o'clock the next morning, Alexa quietly got up.
Terrence held her hand. Alexa was afraid of waking him up, so she released
her hand lightly and went to the bathroom quietly.
There was a bottle of unopened pills in her bag. Finley told her that she should take it when she was
sick again.
This was the first time Alexa had picked up this medicine bottle in so many years.
Last night, her entire body was in so much pain that she couldn't sleep. She had managed to endure it
until now, but she suddenly didn't want to take the medicine.
There were a lot of side effects of this medicine. She wasn't even sure what the consequences would
be after she took the medicine.
Alexa lowered her head, not even daring to look at herself in the mirror.
She must look terrible now.
While she was deep in thought, someone knocked on the door.
"Alexa, are you in there?"
It was Terrence's voice.
Alexa immediately pulled herself together, trying to calm down.
"I'm here."
"Well, is there anything I can help you with?" Terrence asked very tactfully.
In fact, he woke up when Alexa got out of bed just now, but he did not want her to worry, so he had
been pretending to sleep.
But five minutes had passed, and Alexa still didn't come back. Terrence was worried.
"Nothing."
Alexa hid the medicine bottle and then opened the door with a calm look.
"It's just that there's a pimple here. I'm not happy."
She pointed at the red dot on her face and was acting like a spoiled child.
Terrence looked at it seriously and smiled.
"It's not ugly at all. Don't worry. I'll help you put on the medicine."
"Did I wake you up?"
"No, I'm used to getting up early."
After Terrence finished speaking, he found the ointment.
Alexa was carried back to the bed by him. Terrence sat next to her and
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtcarefully applied the cool ointment to her face.
The gentler he was, the guiltier Alexa felt.
After applying for the medicine, Terrence never slept again.
"It's still early. Don't you want to sleep a little longer?" Alexa held the corner
of his clothes. "You didn't have a good rest."
Hearing this, Terrence knelt down on one knee in front of her with a smile in
his eyes.
"Well, that's easy to solve."
"Huh?"
He raised his hand and tapped the side of his face, saying expectantly.
"Give me a kiss, and I won't be sleepy."
Alexa was a little surprised. A moment later, she smiled and asked.
"Is that all?"
"Are there any additional rewards?" Terrence asked politely.
As soon as he finished speaking, Alexa held his neck intimately and kissed
him gently behind his ear.
She deliberately left a lip print and said intimately and proudly.
"Oh no, I left a lip print on your face. What would you do?"
Terrence's heart skipped a beat. He didn't expect Alexa to be so good at
flirting.
"I..." He said in a daze, "I won't hide it."
"Really?" Alexa deliberately asked, "What if the paparazzi catch it? You'll be
in the news headlines."
"It's my honor to be in the news headlines with you."
After saying that, Terrence tucked her in and let her continue to rest.
Damarion had already woken up and was having fun in the living room.
After seeing Terrence, Damarion came over to him.
As soon as he hugged Terrence, Damarion refused to let go. Even Jason,
who had always been serious, smiled when he saw the scene.
"Just take Damarion to the company."
"OK."
Terrence readily agreed and brought Damarion to the company.
After they left, Alexa quietly went out.
Twenty minutes later, she came to the hospital alone.
It was the same doctor who received her. The doctor sighed resignedly
after learning that Alexa did not change her mind.
"The child is still in its stage, so you can use medicine to have a
miscarriage."
The doctor looked through the other examination reports with a serious
expression.
"In fact, your health doesn't allow you to have another child. Otherwise, you
will face great risk."
Alexa wanted to ask the doctor if there was a way to turn the tide.
But there seemed to be no hope at all.
Alexa, being fidgety, took the medicine and walked out of the outpatient
department.
She booked a room in a nearby hotel and planned to deal with it there.
However, just as Alexa took out her identity card, a figure appeared behind
her and snatched the medicine away.
Alexa turned around in surprise, only to meet Christina's sharp gaze.
"Mom..."
She called out to Christina guiltily, her voice trembling.
Christina gave her assistant a look. Within two minutes, only the people she
had brought were left in the originally lively hotel.
"What medicine is this?" Christina asked coldly.
Those people quietly surrounded Alexa and blocked her way out.
Christina did not wait for Alexa to answer and took out the medicine on her
own.
When she saw the descriptions, Christina sneered coldly.
"Your father and I came to pick you up, but you were not willing to go back
with us. So you wanted to hide in New York to get rid of the child? That's
the bloodline of the Duran family."
Alexa quickly hid the panic in her eyes and replied fearlessly.
"This is the child of our enemy. It doesn't deserve to live in this world."
Christina sneered.
Her expression was cold, and she clearly did not believe Alexa's words.

She took a step forward and looked at Alexa. Then she gazed at Alexa's
belly.
"We will never allow the family bloodline to stay with others," Christina said aggressively. "Damarion
and this child must return to the Duran family in
the future."
"No..."
"Alexa, why are you so insensible?"
Christina frowned, very dissatisfied.
"You really let me down."
"I can go back with you, but you have to let my child and family go."
"Your child is the Duran family's child." Christina paused and smiled, "And your family are us."
"No, the Duran family has nothing to do with me," Alexa denied decisively.
"You!"
Christina was angered by Alexa's rebellious attitude. After taking a deep
breath, Christina managed to calm herself down.
"Finley."
"Yes, Madam."
Finley responded calmly and walked to Christina's side.
When Alexa saw him, her heart sank.
"From today onward, you will be in charge of taking care of Alexa. Don't let
anything go wrong."
"Yes."
"Since everything has been dealt with, let's return to Ice Floral Island."
Christina gracefully tugged at her shoulder, as if she was talking about an
insignificant matter.
Alexa had never had the right to decide on her life.
Alexa gritted her teeth and silently took a step back.
But just as she was about to crash onto the cabinet, the bodyguards on
both sides immediately rushed up to stop her.
Finley took out a needle from the medicine box he carried with him and
approached Alexa.
"Sorry, Ms. Duran."
Alexa heard his emotionless voice and felt a stinging pain in her arm. Then
she fainted without any consciousness.
